We are recruiting an experienced HR Executive to support the business across the whole function through a period of growth.
What are the day-to-day duties of the HR Executive role?
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Requirements Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
