VANRATH are partnering with our multisite client in the Ballymena area.
You will working alongside the current HR & Wellbeing Officer to provide day-to-day support, advice, and guidance on employee relations matters, as well as managing recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
- Learning and Development
- HR Compliance
- HR Consulting
- Managing employee engagement initiatives
- People / Culture Management
- Provision of high quality and accurate reports in relation to absence, turnover, fixed term contracts etc
- Performance Management
- Supporting Recruitment and Staffing
About you:
- CIPD Level 5
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist role
- Experience in a busy HR function within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction sector.
