Role title: EMEA Logistics and Supply Coordinator (fixed term)

AB Vista, a premier supplier of feed enzymes, is seeking an EMEA Logistics and Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a one-year period. Since 2004, we've led the industry in enhancing animal nutrition across poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture sectors. As part of AB Agri under Associated British Foods, we're committed to innovation through research and collaboration.
In this role, you'll be the vital link between supply planning, demand planning, production, and sales. Your responsibilities include analysing demand forecasts, planning stock replenishments and manage logistics for timely deliveries while driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- You are the centre of demand and Supply, you ensure all crucial information and insights ends up smoothly in our ERP system, maximizing the efficiency of our stock planning.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements with key suppliers.
- Implement and execute the logistics process that supports and meets the EMEA market strategy, performance objectives, customer expectations & sustainability ambitions.
- Coordinate the replenishment process for EMEA in line with our Global S&OP process ensuring that data is accurately captured, challenged, and reported monthly into the planning team.
- Produce the agreed Logistics KPI measures in line with the operations reporting pack.
- Ensure that process improvements are implemented to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support the Head of Supply Chain EMEA in delivering advice and guidance to several internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate effects between: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality/Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc
Your profile:
- Do you have experience and insight into logistics systems (ERP) and production processes.
- Are you proficient in English with an excellent command of Dutch language, spoken and written.
- Are you proactive and work accurately.
- You can look beyond our organization and are efficient in your solutions.
- You know how to convince your stakeholders of your ideas and solutions
- You have logistics certifications like Six Sigma or Operations Management.
- You are proficient in ERP systems (D365)and Power BI for reporting
- You have import & export knowledge.
Location: The role operates on a 50/50 hybrid model, with our office located in the Rotterdam – central location.
