EMEA Payroll Manager – Permanent – London – up to £90,000 per annum – Hybrid basis
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a reputable company, who are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the leadership and management of the EMEA Payroll team and is on a hybrid basis, a minimum of 1 day per week, based in their London office.
The EMEA Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Lead the payroll team to support a large payroll function, consisting of 25 countries
- Implement payroll operating model in EMEA in line with the global payroll operating model
- Establish partnerships with third party vendors
- Record, analyse, investigate and resolve all payroll queries and reporting to the relevant persons
- Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators
- Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members to optimise operational excellence
Key Skills:
- Experience in leading and developing a team in payroll processing
- Minimum of 10 years experience of EMEA payroll management
- Experience in managing outsourced third-party payroll providers
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
- Excellent communication skills
