Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of EMEA strategic sourcing initiatives• Assist with supplier selection processes and optimize value through effective tendering and competitive benchmarking• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting research on capabilities, pricing, and competitiveness• Support senior team members with project management and governance in the delivery of strategic sourcing projects
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or sourcing roles, preferably within the financial services industry• Knowledge of sourcing best practice• Negotiation and influencing skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Effective communication and presentation skills• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team environment
