Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of EMEA strategic sourcing initiatives across professional services, corporate services, HR and technology category spend.• Assist with supplier selection processes and optimize value through effective tendering and competitive benchmarking processes.• Independently identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting research on capabilities, pricing, and competitiveness to support recommendations.• Support senior team members with project management and governance support in the delivery of strategic sourcing projects.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement or sourcing roles, preferably within the financial services industry (or similar regulated environment) and knowledge of sourcing best practice.• Negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and ability to independently interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.• Effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team and geographically dispersed team environment.
