About the Role We’re looking for an Employability Services Manager who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. This role is integral to our student front-line services, including campus hub operations, central workshops, events programme, and employability support. You’ll lead a team to design and deliver innovative services that positively impact student outcomes. We’re on a mission to be sector-leading, and we need someone who shares this vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction of Employability front-line services. Foster effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Assume line management and project lead responsibilities. Drive the evaluation and continuous improvement of service outputs. For more details, please take a look at the role profile.
