As part of their expanding team, they are excited to offer an opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of Group Personal Pension, Group Risk, and Healthcare schemes on behalf of their clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks related to new joiners and leavers across multiple benefit schemes
- Regularly communicate with providers to ensure schemes remain up to date
- Manage renewals for group risk and healthcare schemes, conducting market reviews and providing recommendations
- Assist in implementing new benefits, including drafting employee communications, and incepting policies
- Review policy documentation and prepare business reports
- Administer core pension schemes, including contribution schedules and statutory communications
- Address general inquiries from corporate clients and their employees
- Actively participate in regular client meetings as an integral part of their client servicing team
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a benefits provider, consultancy, or IFA environment
- Proven ability to handle a client portfolio
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- IT Literate, good knowledge of MS packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
