We are recruiting for a new Associate Relations advisor/ Employee Relations Advisor to join our supportive team. This role is initially for a fixed term basis until the end of the year with the possibility to go permanent.
Covering regions in the South you will ideally be based in the Midlands or South of the UK. The role is working remotely with occasional travel to our sites as and when needed. Therefore a driving license and access to transport is essential.
The Associate Relations Advisor will operate across our primary care businesses in Linnaeus UK. They will coach and support Line Managers and P&O/HR colleagues with the deployment of AR processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and involuntary separation.
Responsibilities include building trust, credibility and collaborative relationships with line managers and the wider P&O team. Using their employment law knowledge and best practice approach to advise on the mitigation of risks and minimizing adverse impacts to the organisation through proper application of policies, practices and adherence to regulatory requirements. Resolve issues and address customer needs to ensure situations are resolved fairly, objectively, consistently and in a manner that aligns with our Five Principles and the Associate Concept.
You will have experience working in a similar role and be passionate about associate/Employee Relations. Experience delivering training and supporting/coaching managers will also be beneficial.
