I have an opportunity to work in an interesting fast-paced environmentwhere you can put Employee Relations expertise to work.
This is a role where you’ll be dealing with a variety of ER cases You will be challenged,every day will be different managing a variety of cases.
As the ER Advisor you will provide a 1st class service to employees and managers providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employment issues. This is your opportunity to join an organisation where you can really make an impact.
On a day to day basis as the ER Advisor / HR Advisor you will:
Manage cases on issues around HR Policy and procedures, complex T&Cs, Employee Relations matters, redundancies, performance management and reward & benefits.
Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on how to follow best practice, processes and associated risks
Manage casework and working closely with HR Business Partners on more high risk cases.
ER Advisor / HR Advisor - Key Skills Needed:
Existing experience in managing a high-volume cases
Extensive experience of managing ER cases and have a good knowledge of employment legislation
Thorough understanding of applying HR policies and procedures within in the areas of employee conduct, sickness and absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, dismissal
Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and its application within the defined areas
Have provided guidance and coaching via telephone, email, reports, interviews, in person to line managers
Highly organized, able to manage your own workload.
