I am recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor on a 18 month FTC to join a collaborative, large organisation based in Birmingham working 2 days in the office.
The Employee Relations Advisor will work alongside the HRBP team and report into the Head of HR. This position will oversee all Employee Relations activities, policies, processes, procedures.
You will have:
Good analytical Skills
Good interpersonal skills
Be able to problem-solve and have excellent communication skills
Strong influence and negotiation skills.
CIPD qualified to level 7 or working towards the qualification or qualified by experience
