Job Description
We are looking for HR professionals wishing to develop their specialist ER experience within a progressive, customer focused environment. Supporting our Hospitals based across the South and East, the ER Advisor will be part of a newly formed team supporting the effective management of formal ER cases and enhancing management capability at Ramsay Health Care UK.
The ER Advisor will be spending a significant amount of time within Hospital settings working with managers so the successful candidate will be able to travel regularly as part of the their role.
Key responsibilities of the role include
Guiding and supporting managers at all levels to resolve formal ER cases up to and including dismissals in accordance with policy
Managing a varied and complex case load to ensure cases are resolved in a timely manner
Enhancing management capability via training and coaching interventions
Using data to identify opportunities to improve process and the employee experience
Contributing to review and updates of policies to ensure they remain complaint and support Ramsay’s progressive culture
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following
Experience of working in an ER focussed role or HR Advisor role with a strong emphasis on ER
Ability to work with managers at all levels of an organisation
A commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
Strong digital literacy/IT skills
Experience of working in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
