Reed HR are working with an award-winning organisation based in Croydon who are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a short-term interim basis. You will be responsible for all Employee Relations matters, providing specialist Employee Relations, employment law and change management advice and guidance.

- Advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to Employee Relations.
- Provide effective case management of people related issues such as disciplinaries, grievance, absence management and performance management.
- Monitor trends in employment practices and advise on appropriate proactive action.
- Providing sound HR advice and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that meet legal guidelines and best practice.
- Assist in the interpretation and monitoring of a range of people metrics.
The successful Employee Relations Advisor will have...
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Good understanding of employment law with the ability to implement legal advice into practice.
- Proven experience of managing a range of Employee Relations cases.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and objectively support and influence people at all levels.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and use own initiative to meet multiple deadlines.
