The Employee Relations Advisor will report to the Head of People Services and will work as part of a team.
Employee Relations Advisor Responsibilities include:
Provide advice and guidance with employee related matters.
Support and give advice to investigating managers when disciplinaries, grievances and misconducts are taking place, such as reports and drafting contracts. You will also sit on said meetings to ensure appropriate level of sanction up to ad including dismissals.
Provide manages and staff with coaching, guidance and advice.

Employee Relations Advisor Experience / Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Experience operating at HR Advisor / Empolyee Relations.
Experience working in complex environments previously.
Able to manage workload.
This is a temporary contract for an initial period of 6 months. Paying the salary equivalent of £40,000 - £46,000 p/a on an hourly rate equivalent, to be taken as either a PAYE rate or Umbrella - who are part of our approved supply list.
