SalaryAn opportunity has arisen to join our specialist Employee Relations team providing effective Employee Relations advice to our business stakeholders. Working closely with our business you will provide them with support in managing our ER processes and procedures, providing guidance and advice.
You will report to an Employee Relations Manager and be part of our centre of excellence. You will be the first point of contact for Employee Relations cases and general queries relating to policy and procedures, and be responsible for providing high quality a professional ER case management service. As a trusted advisor you will be providing advice and guidance to ensure our people managers are supported to effectively manage with their people management issues, in both informal and formal processes.
You will balance best practice with the need to support sound business decisions, whilst building strong working relationships to be able to persuade and reassure managers on a specific course of action, ensuring all implications are considered.
