Job Description
We're recruiting for aEmployee Relations Consultant to join us on a 12 month FTC. We're offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
The role can be based in Cardiff, Hove or London What you'll be doing:
- Providing Employee Relations guidance and support to Managers, Leaders, and the wider HR team
- Continuously looking to strengthen and develop the relationship between the business and Unions
- Supporting in disputes, grievances, and redundancies
- Implementing change that positively supports L&Gs people policies
- Providing coaching and training on Employee Relations related work to HR and the business
Who we're looking for:
- For this role you will need to be a subject matter expert in Employee Relations
- Detailed knowledge on employment legislation and HR policies
- Experienced in dealing with redundancies, TUPEs, and disputes
- Experience in working in a unionised business
- Ideally have experience of working in Financial Services
