MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist, to join them for an initial 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing complex Employee Relations investigations.
Key Duties Include:
- Lead on complex Employee Relations investigations, with various departments across the organisation Support and develop an effective specialist advisory service across the range of Employee Relations matters ensuring the provision of professional, expert and technical guidance and support in line with policies and procedures Advise managers on best ER practice ensuring that advice given complies with good employment practice, employment legislation and Trust-wide standards Support the Head of ER and wider team
Experience Required
- Experience in an Employee Relations role, ideally within a Healthcare setting Experience in advising stakeholders on ER issues Experience of managing complex ER cases
This is an initial 3 month position, with the potential to extend. Presence will be required on site and this role is considered inside IR35.
