Job Description
An Interim Employee Relations Specialist to:
- Support a higher education organisation with their industrial relations
- Higher education experience desired
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with the SLT
- Support on trade union consultations and negotiations
- Lead on the resolution of industrial disputes
- Responsibilities to be confirmed
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Employee Relations Specialist with:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit space
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience of managing trade union negotiations and consultations
- Strong industrial relations experience
