About The Team
The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist in projects/initiatives that require ER or labor law inputs
• Assist in maintaining the required standard of ER case documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing ER related policies and procedures
• Assist in curating and delivering training to HRBP and business leaders

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study for a Masters, graduating in 2025
• Studying Law or a related discipline, which must include the study of EU labour law
• Available from June for at least 12 weeks
• English professional proficiency is required, as well as one of the following languages; French or Mandarin

• Proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
• Sound judgment with the ability to balance requirements and tight deadlines
