Description
An Interim Employee Relations Advisor to:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of Employee Relations issues including probationary concern, performance management, restructures, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance
- Manage your own caseload
- Provide advise and support to managers
- Lead on formal ER Processes
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency in policy application
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyse ER metrics and trends
- Support with any other relevant duties
Profile
An Interim Employee Relations Advisor with:
- Experience of managing their own ER caseload
- Provide knowledge in employment laws and practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Higher Education or not-for-profit experience desirable
- Must be immediately available
