A bit about the role...

We encourage trust and empower our teams to make independent decisions, valuing a can-do attitude, boldness, and the courage to drive positive change. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and demonstrate the following:

• • Further embed our People Promise (EVP) across our global system and networks:
  • Participate in forums dedicated to engage with our partners
  • Drive values and purpose projects forward – Revise and update all talent acquisition materials to accurately represent and resonate with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Campaign Management incl major hiring projects and new markets. This will include design, project management and execution
  • Ownership and development of agency relationships
  • Partner with Marketing and Comms teams to co-create content strategy for our Employer Brand
  • Develop technology tools to enhance franchise partnerships and engagement
  • Management of online platforms incl monitoring and enhancements such as career site, LinkedIn, job boards
  • Drive consistency and champion TOV best practice throughout TA function
  • Get involved in people projects that focus enhancing the candidate experience as well as supporting our employees to love working for Costa.

• Strong background in Recruitment Marketing / EVP
• First class project management and ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience at managing agency relationships
• Excellent business partner, ideally in a global environment
• Comfortable working in a matrix setting
• Ability to lead through others, and influence change
• Love working as part of a fast paced and collaborative team
• Experience in copywriting and tone of voice application
