Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

Our client are a well known global lifestyle business who are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join them. You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll oversee planning, developing, and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand strategy.
Your role will be to develop and implement effective recruitment practices, policies, and procedures aligned to the global processes and guidelines for the support and development of high performing teams. Enhance brand awareness through engaging and impactful activities and initiatives.
An expert & trusted advisor, accountable for the design & delivery of the end to end recruitment process for live vacancies to ensure hiring needs are met within KPIs & the full satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will own the recruitment process, including all hiring manager engagement, sourcing and selection and attraction and will also lead on a number of key projects.
Retail experience would be highly desirable.
