Employment and Skills Advisor

• Hybrid working, 2 days office based and the rest working from home or visiting local businesses around the Staffordshire Moorlands.
• Flexibility, offering a little give and take on start and finish times, and the potential to consider a 4-day working week.

• A basic salary up to £33,000 

As the Course Advisor, you’ll enjoy a varied role, with the opportunity to build strong, impactful relationships with local employers, offering advice and educating businesses on funding options, and signposting them to courses and training that is available to them. You’ll enjoy getting out and about networking and meeting new people to talk about all things apprenticeships and training.
 
 
What you’ll need

• An understanding of skills/training such as education and vocational training, to deliver targeted learning experiences.
• Experience within education such as colleges, universities or apprenticeships would be desirable.
• Previous Team leader experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Confident communicator, who would be happy to attend or host local networking events.

 
Other Information

• A Basic salary of up to £33,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holiday’s
• 9 month fixed term contract – A potential for future permanent opportunities.
