The employment, enterprise and Apprenticeships Team at Ealing Council is part of the regeneration, employment and skills service. The focus of this role is to ensure the co-ordination and delivery of a range of projects, partnerships and interventions that support young people into economic activity by leading and managing the youth offer team.
The youth offer team works with a broad range of stakeholders from the public, private and charity sectors to build partnerships that generate opportunities for young residents from the borough including apprenticeships, pre-employment programmes, and work placements.
As part of the regeneration, employment and skills service, the role and work of the team will fit within a wider context that incorporates adult learning, regeneration and inward investment.
