Employment Associate 2 - 6 Pqe

AJ Chambers is delighted to be partnering with a thriving commercial law firm based in the West End of London as their employment team looks to expand by hiring a 2 - 6 PQE solicitor.

The employment team advises smaller to medium enterprises and some larger corporations from a wide range of industry sectors including hospitality and leisure, media, tech and financial services.

The team provides advice across the full spectrum of employment-related matters from case management and advice on ET claims, TUPE matters, due diligence for corporate transactions, settlement agreements, and day-to-day advisory work.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2 - 6 years PQE, gained from a reputable City or regional law firm
• Experience advising mostly employer clients
• Interest in getting involved in business development activities
• Proactive mindset
• Strong academic background

In return you can expect:

• Base salary of between £65,000 and £85,000 (depending upon PQE and experience level)
• Hybrid working (2 days minimum in the office)
• Discretionary bonus and commission scheme for any work introduced.
