What will be expected from you?
- Drafting a variety of legal documents, including tribunal applications, bundles, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Review and analyse legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research on various employment law matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment contracts
- Liaise effectively with clients, witnesses, and relevant parties to gather information and evidence
- Maintain meticulous case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Provide administrative support to fee earners, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Keeping updated with changes and developments in employment law and related regulations, and assist in keeping the team informed.
