Our client is in search of an Employment Law Paralegal (or CILEx equivalent) with a genuine passion in this area, to join our clients dynamic Employment Law department, support fee earners in providing high-quality legal representation to their clients.
Essential requirements include a solid understanding of employment law principles, procedures, and regulations, as well as excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Attention to detail, organisational abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also key, along with the ability to collaborate within a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What will be expected from you?
- Drafting a variety of legal documents, including tribunal applications, bundles, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Review and analyse legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research on various employment law matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment contracts
- Liaise effectively with clients, witnesses, and relevant parties to gather information and evidence
- Maintain meticulous case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Provide administrative support to fee earners, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Keeping updated with changes and developments in employment law and related regulations, and assist in keeping the team informed.
