The role

This West End firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner to join its growing and vibrant office.

Litigation is a core practice area for the firm. You will join a growing and busy team that has gone from strength to strength in recent years, working alongside the other partners to drive the departments forward.

You will manage a comprehensive caseload across a broad range of industry sectors, navigating both contentious matters, including disputes and tribunals, and non-contentious work, such as contract negotiations, HR advisory, and policy development.

You will work closely with the firm's corporate/commercial department.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have first-class client skills
• You will be a team player
• Good business development and networking experience is essential
• Package is negotiable and competitive depending on your background
