Here at Simpson Judge we are proud to be looking to assist one of our specialist legal clients in their search for a new junior Employment Solicitor, from NQ to 6 years PQE to join their growing and thriving business in Telford.
The role has the ability to give a junior solicitor guidance and some onsite training, but you need to have prior experience working in either a broad Dispute Resolution role with exposure to employment matters, as thie role will see the successful candidate working along side the Head of Employment for the firm meaning guidance is available.
In this role you will be able to work on behalf of both employers and employees, and gaining experience and guidance from senior solicitors and partners within the firm, to not only better your current understanding on employment law but to also aid you in the long term in which the firm wants to see you thrive.
Requirements:
Need to be qualified or due to qualify.
6 months prior Employment Law experience (assisting or case handling).
Local or able to commute to Shrewsbury.
