As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation on a variety of employment issues, from general day-to-day matters to more complex cases. You will also engage in business development activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure continued success.
Working within a team of experienced solicitors, you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of knowledge. Working on projects and clients across England and you will make these your top priority. It is imperative to have solid technical competence within employment law.
What is needed from you:
- Advising daily on a wide range of both routine and complex matters, that can be contentious or non-contentious, covering all aspects of employment law
- Representing clients at the employment tribunal and the employment appeal tribunal, including carrying out any advocacy
- Helping clients transform their business by advising on, and often participating in, complex collective redundancies, collective bargaining, large-scale changes to terms and conditions
- Working on and managing a range of clients' projects and dealing with their day-to-day employment matters.
