My client is truly one of the biggest and best regarded international law firms in the world. With over one billion revenue, countless awards, the firm is currently looking to aggressively grow its Manchester Employment Team.

The firm is currently seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor. The team is truly globally integrated, offering a comprehensive range of contentious and non-contentious legal services and commercially minded legal advice to businesses operating across the globe.

You will provide support to clients on all aspects of employment law including litigation relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal & claims in the employment tribunal and relating to breach of contract and business protection claims in the High Court.

Further, you'll be advising corporate clients on all day-to-day people related issues including preparing contracts and policies, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, large scale restructuring projects and service provision changes involving TUPE; advising businesses and individuals on the employment aspects of corporate transactions; and cross border work involving sourcing and coordinating international advice from around the globe and cross border transactions.
