Employment Solicitor – 1-3PQE – Exceptional West End Law Firm
The ideal candidate will possess between 1 and 3 years of PQE and will deal with a variety of contentious & non-contentious Employment matters spanning sectors such as Media, Film, TV, Theatre, and Sports, working in collaboration with other core groups within the firm including Private Client, Immigration, Litigation and Corporate & Commercial.

Role Overview:
As an Employment Lawyer, you will become an integral part of the Employment Group, providing counsel to a diverse client base, including those in the Media & Entertainment industry. Your responsibilities will span contract negotiations, termination of employment for Senior Executives, Employment Tribunal claims, reorganisations, team moves, and restrictive covenant enforcement. Balancing contentious and non-contentious work, this role offers a real variety of high-quality matters for the successful candidate. This team represents high-profile media, film, TV & theatre companies along with organisations from a number of other sectors, as well as Celebrities, UHNWI’s and Sportspeople.
Person specification
- UK qualified with at least 1 year of PQE
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
- Exposure to Immigration matters is desirable but not essential
- Strong academic background
- Excellent technical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
