Taylor Root have partnered with a leading law firm in their search for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their London office on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The firm are known for its expertise in international asset management, cross border M&A and global dispute resolution and investigations, with clients including publicly listed and private companies, financial institutions and private equity firms.

The Team

Our clients Employment team are market leaders, working as a full-service team routinely advising on the most sensitive, high value matters. This includes litigation and dispute resolution, works councils and unions, day to day advisory and employment aspects of transactions. This team is made up of 3 partners, 9 lawyers and a knowledge director.

Your Role

You will provide general advisory support, as well as working on contentious matters giving advice on employment disputes in the High Court and Employment Tribunal. The team also advises on all aspects of corporate transactional matters, with experience around TUPE and outsourcing.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have worked with one of the recognised employment practices in the city or in a leading national law firm specialising in employment law, with exposure to transactional, advisory and litigation. The PQE bandings for this position are 3-6 PQE.
