My client is offering a 2-year training contract in Employment Law, leading to a Newly Qualified Solicitor role upon successful completion. This is an exceptional opportunity to support a team of 50 employment partners in a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will be determined, eager to learn, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law.
Day-to-day of the role:- Work closely with employment partners to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of employment law.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, case files, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law matters.
- Participate in client meetings and legal proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for cases.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance legal expertise.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law.
