Energy Adviser

The main purpose of the role is to promote the benefits of Gas to unconnected domestic properties in the Phoenix Energy License area by responding to sales leads and generating additional opportunities through a series of structured field canvassing activities. To identify, through cold calling, additional opportunities to promote the benefits of Gas.To identify alternative opportunities where Phoenix Energy can engage positively with perspective customers by engaging with community groups and targeted audiences within local territory.To respond to inbound and to make outbound telephone calls..

Full valid UK driving licence

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Customer Facing role.

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a target driven role

Flexibility with working hours as the successful candidate will be required to carry out appointments most suitable to the business and customers e.g., evenings.

Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills.

Proficient IT skills to include the use of Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong administration skills
