SalaryMy client in Yorkshire is looking for a planning Enforcement Officer on a 6 month basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigating enquiries and complaints for alleged breaches of planning control, including unauthorised uses of land and buildings.
- Investigating the condition of land and buildings following enquiries and complaints.
- Monitoring development sites to ensure compliance with approved plans and conditions of any planning permission or terms of any legal agreement.
Contract rate is DOE and start date in two weeks time.
The position is Inside or Outside IR35.
