Description

As Engineering Manager you will report into the Operations Director with responsibility for the maintenance & project engineering teams. With a talented team of engineers, you will lead a high performance culture targeting site capacities and continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Developing the engineering team and driving succession opportunities.
• Leading the development of engineering systems supporting growth plans.
• Collaborating with other department heads to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety within the department.
• Managing departmental budget and resources.
• Ensuring company's compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Profile

The successful Engineering Manager will have a range of the following:
