Location: Vauxhall and Stratford, London
As an Engineering Technical Support Officer your main responsibilities will be :
The Infrastructure Engineer will support the following activity: Decomm of kit at Spring Gardens Intelligent hands escorting at site of WAN service providers. Racking and stacking of kit into racks Route tracing on structured cabling Desk top hardware set ups. Management of CMDB (data base) Patching of equipment Assistance with any UAT Testing
You’ll have relevant experience in:
Knowledge of BT infrastructure. Customer service focused especially End Users Able to communicate with all levels of staff effectively Knowledge of IT infrastructure enterprise level Knowledge of IT hardware enterprise level Comms room qualifications Data centre Accreditation
Ability to take control of situations and work with other team members
Must hold active SC Clearance
Must hold a driver License
