We are delighted to have been instructed by leading law firm based in Ipswich to assist them in recruiting for an Enquiries Advisor to join their growing team of professionals. To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the successful candidate must have proven similar experience gained from a professional regulated environment.  It is essential that you have strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong IT skills are imperative, including the use of Microsoft packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with a genuine interest in building a career within the legal profession.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the busy Enquiries Team, responsible for capturing and converting all new business leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing quotations in relation to the firm’s services
• Chasing up quotations sent to clients in order to convert to an instructed matter
• Providing clients with necessary documentation to enable them to be a client of the firm
• Passing on of all relevant information to Fee Earners to enable them to open their files
