Hr Advisor

Time Appointments are pleased to be working with a steadily expanding company in Bury St Edmunds who are now looking for a HR Advisor to provide core support to their HR team.

This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
·    Day to day HR management reporting to the HR Manager.
·    Participating in employee performance reviews.
·    ER case management.
·    Amendments to contracts.
·    Conducting exit interviews.
·    Assisting with payroll administration.
·    Advising on training and development.
·    Absence management/RTW meetings.
·    Assisting with company policies and procedures.
·    Assist in creating an effective and efficient workplace.

You will need:
·    A minimum of 2 years HR experience.
·    A general understanding of HR policies and procedures.
·    Understanding of HR systems.
·    Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
·    Ability to work with strict confidentiality and integrity.
