Service Advisor Job In Sudbury

Service Advisor required in Sudbury, Suffolk.
Our automotive client is actively seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to maintain and look after their customers that flow through their service department in Sudbury.
This Service Advisor role is with a well-established family run automotive company, they have been successfully trading to the local area for a significant number of years and are well regarded in the area.
Day to day the role of a Service Advisor will be working front of house greeting the customers that come in to have their vehicles serviced or repaired, booking in vehicles, upselling additional products to customers i.e. air-con recharge, tyres, oils etc., keeping the customer updated on the progress of their vehicle, invoicing and collecting payment from them when they return to collect their vehicle.
It will be down to the front of house team members and yourself to ensure the smooth flow of customer through the department.
Details & Benefits of the Service Advisor role:

• A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 basic p.a.
• Profit share is divided between employees which equals an average of £2,000 p.a.
• Good opportunity for upselling products which can equate to £4,000 p.a. on top of the basic.
• Plus opportunity to sell service plans at £15 per plan sold.
• Full time hours during the week starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm.
• There is a Saturday working rota in place with alternated mornings worked.
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record of success as a Service Advisor from within the Moto Trade, be friendly and interact well with their customers as well as maximising upsell opportunities.
