Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and detailed information about our diverse range of courses, admissions procedures, and the overall college experience, ensuring each prospective student feels supported and informed. As an Enquiries Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the student recruitment process, contributing to our mission of academic and personal success for all. You will maintain meticulous records of all interactions using our student database system, allowing us to track performance and continually improve our enquiry handling process. Collaboration with other departments will be key to providing a seamless experience for visitors, and your insights and feedback will be valued in enhancing our overall service delivery.
