Enterprise Sales Manager- Competitive (Experience Dependant) - ASAP start

Plexus are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager!

You’ll be at the forefront of our next step, building on Plexus’ success within the SME space, to branch into London’s large-scale Enterprise Sales market.

This person will be comfortable approaching 9-figure businesses, household names, and firms that are respected in the Web2 Space, looking to move into Web3.

Founded in 2017, Plexus have grown into the largest Web3, Crypto & Blockchain recruiters in the world.

This is therefore a great opportunity to be an integral part of our super-charged growth, whilst also establishing yourself as a key player in the growing Web3 recruitment space.

The Role:

  • Building long-term, profitable relationships with large London-based enterprise companies in the Web 2 and emerging Web 3 space.
  • You will pioneer this patch; it is untouched territory and yours to develop.
  • Predominantly a field sales/face-to-face sales role, you’ll have autonomy over your own sales strategy, but we envision you hosting events, round tables, 1on1 meetings etc.
  • A 90° role, you’ll hunt down and open the door to new business and will then have designated account managers to maintain connections and source candidates for you.
  • Input on company-wide decisions.
  • Opportunity to build and run a Web 3/Crypto recruitment event series.
  • Potential to build a team/function around you long term.

Who we are looking for:

  • A driven, resilient, and confident salesperson.
  • Being already established/interested in the Web3, Crypto and Blockchain space is preferable.
  • 3-10 years’ experience in a similar sales role: Recruitment, SDR/Sales Development Representative, BDM/Business Development, Enterprise-level Tech sales, SaaS/Software as a Service sales etc.
  • Proven ability to sell, consistently.
  • Self-driver, but happy to join a close-knit start-up culture.
  • Commercially savvy
  • Growth and strategically minded.
  • London-based.
