[Environmental Analyst- Central- Permanent/Full Time]

As our Environmental Analyst, you will be supporting The Bicester Collection to deliver its sustainability strategy, working within the Governance Risk and Compliance Team.
You will ensure the collation, reporting and analysis of key environmental sustainability data for the organisation as required for verification, internal and external reporting purposes.
What you will be doing
  • Collect environmental data from 9 European Villages (energy, water and waste), ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Upload data to various IT systems, and the presentation on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data verification ownership, methodology and process are in place for reporting with robust verification checks and data monitoring
  • Support environmental data verification process, requiring coordination between 9 European Villages, 3rd party verification consultant, and other parties as required.
  • Partner with the IT Team to further enhance existing sustainability reporting capabilities and systems.
  • Support business with analysis to develop long term targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support on BREEAM-In-Use certifications across all Villages.
  • Support sustainability reporting team on data to ensure reporting compliance.
  • Closely monitor and communicate ESG standards, regulation and impacts on reporting.
  • Support with ad hoc projects needed to achieve sustainability commitments and targets.

  • Advanced excel modelling and PowerBI, etc.
  • University degree with analytical skills (mathematics, data engineering)
  • Between 1-3 years' experience in Sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of carbon accounting
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Protocol and Scopes 1, 2 & 3 reporting
  • Knowledge of various ESG systems such as: Sphera and Centrica
  • Experience in sustainability standards such as BREEAM, GRESB and CRREM.
  • Strong knowledge of process automation, data model creation and reporting
