EPA Operations Manager

TPP is working with an ambitious, dynamic, and growing awarding organisation, committed to widening participation for all, to appoint a EPA Operations Manager.

This is a full time (35 hrs per week), permanent position, working fully remotely, with occasional office visits for whole staff team days - usually once every quarter.

Benefits - EPA Operations Manager:

• £43,000-46,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role - EPA Operations Manager:

As the EPA Operations Manager, you will oversee the strategy and operation of the end-point assessment function. This role demands a leader capable of inspiring a team, ensuring quality service, and meeting compliance requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the success and growth of learners across the UK.

Key responsibilities - EPA Operations Manager:

• Strategise and manage the EPA function to align with the organisation's goals.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team towards achieving business targets.
• Maintain compliance and quality standards within the EPA offer.
• Collaborate with various teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Skills / Experience required - EPA Operations Manager:

• Proven management experience in EPA operational and quality delivery within an awarding organisation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage workloads efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders positively.

Interview process:

• 2 stages
  • 1st stage to be held on 30th April 2024
    • IT Assessment and timed task to be completed prior to interview if successfully shortlisted
  • 2nd stage to be held on 15th May 2024
