EPM Support Analyst – Staines-upon-Thames/Hybrid
A boutique global consulting firm is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic EPM Support Analyst to join the team.
This consultancy has a specialist EPM practice, helping customers to leverage solution that enable them to make fast, informed decisions that drive growth, reduce risk and increase profitability. They act as trusted advisers to our clients, with a strong reputation for delivering value and quality.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the client's EPM systems both during and after implementation and this will involve setting up workflows, systems admin, configuration, and writing scripts.
Key day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of EPM solutions
• User and systems support

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• System administration
• Ensuring data integrity
• Creation of new financial reports and regular analysing
• Collaboration with IT and finance teams to identify and implement process improvements, as well as providing guidance / training to the user base
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial systems and processes
• Performing and monitoring the interfacing of data with other internal systems (including actual, budget and forecast roll forward processes)

What we are looking for:

• Must have experience Oracle EPM systems

• Strong technical skills and a good knowledge of financial systems and software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Flexible and able to adjust to change in priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Analytically minded with logical approach to problem-solving
• Confident communicator; good written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

This will be a hybrid position which will see you spend a minimum of 2 days a week in the Staines office with occasional visits to client sites, the rest of time you can work remotely.     
On offer is a salary of £45k-£55k plus benefits including annual bonus, private medical, pension and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
