Description
Support on ER matters that include supporting/advising managers on best practice for grievances, disciplinaries, etc.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful 'ER Advisor' should have:A strong background in HR/ER or a related field.
Experience with performance managing and sickness absence.
Proven ability in supporting managers on grievance and disciplinary best practice.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Job Offer
A FTE annual salary ranging from £43,000 to £46,000.A hybrid work model, with at least 2 days WFH.
A part-time (4 day) permanent position within a well-respected not-for-profit organisation.
