Description

• Support on ER matters that include supporting/advising managers on best practice for grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
  
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  

Profile

A successful 'ER Advisor' should have:

• A strong background in HR/ER or a related field.
  
• Experience with performance managing and sickness absence.
  
• Proven ability in supporting managers on grievance and disciplinary best practice.
  
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  

Job Offer

• A FTE annual salary ranging from 43,000 to 46,000.
  
• A hybrid work model, with at least 2 days WFH.
