Description
- Support on ER matters that include supporting/advising managers on best practice for grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful 'ER Advisor' should have:- A strong background in HR/ER or a related field.
- Experience with performance managing and sickness absence.
- Proven ability in supporting managers on grievance and disciplinary best practice.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Job Offer
- A FTE annual salary ranging from 43,000 to 46,000.
- A hybrid work model, with at least 2 days WFH.
