I am looking for an experienced Employment Relations Case Manager to join a large property organisation on a permanent basis. The role is covering the Midlands region with some travel required. The ideal candidate will be used to handling multiple cases, confident, and a strong communicator. An in depth understanding of UK employment law, hands on experience with ER cases/issues and exposure to unions is also required.
This is not a generalist HR Position and requires someone with a real passion for employment relations and experience working in a sole ER/case management role.
My client operates on a flexibility for flexibility basis and they really put trust in their employees to manager their own calendars. No week will be the same.
The roles are looking for an ASAP start so if you have a notice period longer than 1 month you will not be taken to then next stage.
