Brief
My client is looking for an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join their growing IT team on a full time, permanent basis.
As an ERP Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing the clients' new ERP System, Prophet21, and any future integration's.
You'll be responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of the client's ERP system and will play a crucial part in managing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business functions.
Daily Tasks
- Drive system optimisation projects, enhancing finance processes, reporting, and integration's.
- Provide system support on post go-live and future project.
- Provide future ongoing system implementation support.
- Drive system optimisation projects, enhancing finance processes, reporting, and integration's.
- Working with key stakeholders from across the business to identify needs, propose solutions, evaluate changes, and manage their expectations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an ERP Support role.
- Directly involved in at least 1 end-to-end implementation of an ERP system.
- Detailed knowledge and experience using C#.
- Experience using access databases / SQL
