The client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Change Analyst with extensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving change, process improvement, and successful ERP implementation. This position requires a combination of analytical, communication, and project management skills to ensure the seamless integration of ERP solutions and the realisation of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation: Support the planning, design, and implementation of ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with ERP capabilities. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where business processes can be improved through ERP solutions. Facilitate the development of realistic project timelines and deliverables.
Business Process Analysis: Assess current business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for ERP solutions. Analyse and document business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on different business units Support the creation of communication plans and training materials to aid successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Help create user guides and training documentation to support end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, working closely with technical teams and end-users.
Profile
The successful ERP/Finance Business Change Analyst should have;
- Proven experience in business analysis and change management, with a focus on ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP (finance) principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with industry-standard Finance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience in multiple phases of the ERP lifecycle (selection, implementation, post-implementation support).

12 month contract.
